We have noticed that some players are having problem to play on L2CR due DEP configuration.

Make sure you have DEP disable, this way you will not have problems to play/connect on L2CR.

Steps:

1) Control Panel
2) System
3) Advanced system settings
4) In Advanced/Performance click in Settings:

5) Click in Data Execution Prevention:

It need to be marked the option: Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only.

If you have the other option marked please change it for the first option: Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only. and click in ok.
